What CMS should I use?

I am going to make a website which will take data from different tables and display it on a page after someone search for it (search engine style).
I have made a database with 37 tables each consists 2000 or more cells and its all in MS access which of course I will migrate to a mySQL database. I am not too familiar with a lot of CMS so it will be really great if someone could give me some extra advice with the above mentioned problem.
