missing PDF for Build your site with CMSMS

Does anyone have any experience with the duketown site in regards to getting the download of the pdf for the book titled:
Build your site with CMSMS (up to version 1.11.9)
after paying for it there by paypal.
The site questions about order form is accepted but there is no prompt reply at the site.
the download is called
vs 1.4
but when it is opened it contains only text files with code pages and not the actual book pdf.
any assistance will be appreciated.
