I have this ecommerce CMSMS site. It's using all the latest versions of core & modules. http://www.illibrousato.net

Deleting items from the Products module does not delete them front the frontend (try searching for "falsi e falsari" it will appear, but it's not listed in Products no more.

I tried deleting the cache with no result...

Try: Extensions -> Search -> Options tab -> Reindex all content

Nope, the problem is still there...
