I would like to make an agenda form for one of my club sites so that the chairpersons can edit it thru the website and keep it up to date as an ongoing project until the next meeting. At that point, some new business would roll over into the old business category and so on.

Is a form the best way to give officers that ability? Has anyone done anything like this before?
