upgrade to 1.11.12 problem with redirect

after upgrade from 1.11.11 to 1.11.12 using diff file, the redirect for protected content doesn't work. All modules are up to date.
Error 403 shows up.
It doesn't matter if settings are to show log in form or redirect to a page, result is the same.
