First of all: your cms is way too old. 1.4.1 dates back from 2008!

So first make a complete backup of your files and your database.

Next step is upgrading your modules and cms to the latest version 1.11.1

We have been getting a lot of issues lately with hosting providers upgrading the PHP version and users start seeing errors/warning and things not working.

This is probably the case with you, as suggested please backup and upgrade.
