What error do you get? Would be the least information needed I guess.

Try to login to your CPanel (or equivalent) and check the the server error log if possible. There is not much info to go on, otherwise...

I can't find any "server error log" at GoDaddy under the webroot.
I had contacted GoDaddy and they tested the "Forgot my password" feature and they said their trace show that the server did everything it needed to to handle the email.
What code handles the auto-email to the associated email of the User Login?
It is likely a set up problem with how to post email for the email account of the User.

If you have database access, have a look at this article:

Yes I have that access but the feature I am wanting to get to work isn't for my password it's for our HOA Board Users who have forgotten their password.
So, resetting the Admin password won't resolve what I am wanting to do.

It isn't a file under webroot. I'm not sure how GoDaddy provides access to the server error log but that's something they should be able to provide. The fact that it's a server error, and not a PHP error (at least not a typical one), points to a server configuration not a CMSMS issue. However, I suspect that the version of CMSMS you are using is too old, and not supported anymore.

If you do have access to the admin console yourself than please post the System Info. Probably the host upgraded the PHP version on the server, or changed something in the server environment. CMSMS should be upgraded too, and probably that may solve the problem.
