[solved] FEU module not showing correct version in Modules

I upgraded CMSMS using the Full installation from 1.11.10 to 1.11.11 today. I also upgraded several modules.
In Modules, it says FrontEndUsers 1.21.18 needs upgrade but when I click the About, it shows that I have 1.25.1 installed. In any case, clicking the Upgrade button does nothing and there is no XML button.
I've cleared the cache and that has not had any effect.
I have fixed the missing closing </div> that has previously been discussed.
Not sure what else to do.
