Formbuilder "Module Interface Fields" in Formbrowser...

It tooks some trial and error, but it does work and the fields get loaded in the records.
However... When an admin wants to edit the record, the values of "Module Interface Fields" get "cleared". The values are present in the records (as I can see the in the list view), but the checkbox, or pulldown or even common text input don't reflect/show the current value.
Any ideas?
