Selfreg image upload at registration

I'm looking for someone to be able to modify the selfreg module for me. As it is the module doesn't allow the upload of an image when you are registering a user, instead you can only upload the image once you have registered and verified your membership or account. My client requires the ability to upload 1 or 2 pictures at registration.
