Hi, does anyone know of a simpler way to make a one page checkout?
I'd like to be able to skip the first page of the checkout process...

the default checkout process for the order module normally has the following flow:
1) Shipping billing info
2) Verification and payment -> submit
Different sites today tend to complete everything in one page. The user could fill in their info, payment, shipping options and verify all in one place.
I worked around this issue by creating a loader that would auto-submit the first checkout stage. it's not a clean solution and i'm already having issues with safari. For some reason, the cart gets empty the first time the user reaches the checkout page. If the user re-enters products in the cart after that, all goes well.
I spent so much time and effort on this and i really need to solve this asap. I have a very annoyed client at the moment.

At this point for me is more urgent to solve that safari issue and why my cart gets empty..
