Take a look here:  http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/tiki-inde ... ed+Modules

There is an experimental backup/restore module that will probably work well for you.  However, I would test it a bit before you totally rely on it.

I made up a backup of my 0.9.2 website, after removing everything, installing the 0.10beta3, installing backup and restoring it gaves me back just the pages links for the menu but the pages are empty ; if i view the backup i can see the content. If i browse the pages (out of the admin) the page show but there is an error "Page not found"

Any clues ?

Run the install/upgrade.php script.  You're missing database changes.
