Captcha image not showing

Hi -- I'm using CMS 1.11.10 and the latest versions of Formbuilder and Captcha.

When I try to include a Captcha in a form, the text is all there (Please confirm that you are not a script by entering the letters from the image), but the Captcha Image is not there (only the words "This is a captcha-picture...). So, it seems like everything's being generated, but the image doesn't appear.

I have a vague remembrance of this happening to me awhile back with another website, but can't for the life of me remember how to fix it. And I didn't find anything in the forum that seemed relevant.

Anyone else had this problem?
