[invalid] Page URL not set automatically

CMSMS 1.x used to create an automatic page URL for any content site if the field "page URL" was left blank.

2.0-beta2 also creates automatic page URLs, however the field "page URL" is not pupulated any more (see screenshot), which may confuse some users.

edit: I just realized that the field "Alias" is the actual URL, that can be overwritten by "page URL"...
so it's not a bug, but my misunderstanding - never mind ;)

I just tested this, and it is working as intended.

a: the page_url preferences are not available in global settings until pretty urls are enabled.
b: The system will not calculate urls on existing pages until such time as you edit a page. And that is only if the appropriate preferences are enabled in global settings (AND pretty urls are enabled).

Here's what I did:
a: enabled pretty URLS in the config.php (and cleared the cache)
b: enabled 'automatically create page URL's' in the global settings
c: created a couple of new test pages
the page urls showed up in the proper column of the content list for the new pages only.
