Smarty problems in a fresh install

Hi
I bumped into an interesting issue and would like to share my experience.
I just uploaded CMSMS 1.0 to my server and I'm seeing smarty errors if a page is loaded for the first time. If I click refresh everything is just fine and the error message goes away. The error looks like this:
string(190) "Smarty error: [in content:content_en line 3]: syntax error: invalid attribute name: 'http://www.w3schools.com/css/">http://w ... s.com/css/"' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1536)"
It seems that smarty has problems digesting links in the content. If I edit a page and load it I get the error but as soon as I load it again it disappears. Any ideas what could be wrong? I already upgraded to 1.01 and 1.02. This happens with the sample pages and my own pages.
Btw. If this was a wrong discussion area feel free to move this thread to a proper location.
EDIT I just did a reinstall (once again) and now everything seems to be working like before.
