Promotions module doesn't work

Hi,
I've installed Promotions module to my CMSMS, I set there discount 10% for all registered users, but in Cart/Order, threre is no discount.
I tried to set minimal price to 1USD, than I tried second attempt to only registered users, nothing.
In using {Promotions} there are no option to specify what promotion (or promotion type) I want to use. It only includes to page input to set the coupon.
Any idea?
