Can anyone tell me where to find the language file, so I can change the "Enter Search" text in the search field to other language.

You might need to provide more information.
For example, which module? Many modules have a 'search' feature.

However, all module lang files and templates can (usually) be customized. The documentation offers the best way to do it:

Check search modules backend. There's a field to do that .
