Using Forms and FEU to create a customer portal

Hello,
I am looking for someone who can integrate forms and front end user modules to create a customer portal
features should include;
Customer registration and login
products
admin can create new products
customer can choose to pay on instalments
customer details should photo and files upload option
admin can create new options for customer details
customer receive notification to email and if possible sms when amount is due (Don't worry about sms api).
Please reply you can do this. It doesn't matter what modules used.
