FrontEndUsers checkbox not work

Can anyone confirm that checkbox works normally in frontend?
And give any advice.
In frontend editing user properties a checkbox can be ticked and saved - everything works fine. But to remove the tick and save - it won't remove the tick.
In admin side everything works fine.
