CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi,

I just got started with CMSMS and I'm a real newbie when it comes to CSS.

Now I'm trying to do some simple things like changing the logo and now changing the color of the upper blue 'bar' of the default template.

I have made it red.
The only problem is that everytime when I hover over it it turns blue again. Now I tried removing the hover effect but then it removes it for the whole page and I dont want that.
I also still want to retain the home-link which is in the bar.

I have read the documentation but couldn't find this specific issue.

Any help?
