[fixed] Non editable fields in Template Types editor...

DesignManager -> Template Types tab.
Click any design, e.g. News::Detail.
You see this screen:
Only the prototype template & description fields at the bottom can be edited. All other fields you see at the top are read only. But they are in form text boxes suggesting you can edit them. I think they should either be editable or they should be in plain text (not in a form text box).
