[fixed] Design Manager create date and modified date...

(1) Design Manager create date and modified date fields are styled in a form text field, making it look like they are editable (they are not editable). Better to style as normal text?
(2) They always show in USA date format "05/27/14 15:49:16" - they ignore the different format setting I have in Site Admin -> Settings - Global Settings -> Date Format String.
