[fixed] Installation gives wrong links to website and...

[First off, yay! Very happy to see this Beta and congratulations to all the team for getting it launched

I installed (successfully) to "http://www.example.com/beta/
However at the end of the install process I see
"CMSMS admin panel" links to "http://www.example.com/admin/
instead of "http://www.example.com/beta/admin/

However at the end of the install process I see
"visit your website" links to "http://www.example.com/ instead of "http://www.example.com/beta/Woot! We are done. You can now visit your website or login to the CMSMS admin panel.
"CMSMS admin panel" links to "http://www.example.com/admin/
instead of "http://www.example.com/beta/admin/
