Error with nuSoap and module manager for 1.8.2

I have a error message:
SOAP Problem (
http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository): Response not of type text/xml
on module manager.
And it's preventing me from upgrading modules.
Please help!!

You will need to update the modules manually
http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/upgrading/old-versions
or try upgrading to 1.9.4.3 without updating modules first.
Please make backup of files and database before upgrading!
Note that you should follow upgrade path to latest stable version of CMSMS.

In CMSMS 1.10 the Module Manager changed the way it contacts the module repository on the server, so, unfortunately, the Module Manager will only download successfully in 1.10 or above.
