There are four pages of modules starting with "C".
CGSmartImage is on page 2:

That is weird. I also didn't see it on page 2 yesterday when I saw the OP. Really. And, I remember seeing it there last week. But its back!

Module manager depends on the forge and between the 2 of them they can malfunction some times most times it's "wait a while and it comes back"...

Ok.
The problem stems from the link in the "Downloads / modules" menu :
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/li ... e?letter=C
With this link, I only have 3 pages of modules starting with "C".
Your link is different and gives 4 pages of modules starting with "C" :
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/list.html?letter=C
In addition, there is also the search field that does not work. A search gives the error:
"The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."
