After an upgrade from 0.13 to 1.0.1, all seemed to go OK. But when I go to edit pages, there is simply no content editor. All the other page fields are available, but the actual editor is just not there. I'm getting these errors, but they seem mainly to do with the news module:

Also, I now find that the news appears as the main content section as well as the sidebar - I did not touch the template during the upgrade, so CMSMS must have.

Help! I'm now effectively stuck with a static site!

first, I hope you have a backup?

then did you upgrade news module also?

run upgrade.php?

clear cache?

set editor to not use wysiwyg?

uninstall / install news module (warning: probably deletes your news items)

I had done a backup and run the upgrade successfully otherwise.
Somehow the page that I was looking at had been switched away from 'content' mode. Setting it back made the editor reappear, and reassigning the front page template made the news module behave again.
As far as I can see, there's no way to get hold of the news module separately - it seems to be an empty project on the dev area as it's part of the core. It doesn't even say what the latest version is.
