Allow to Edit only specific Content Blocks on a Page

I added a user who is no Groupmember as "additional editor" to a page.

This User can now edit the Titel, Content, Menutext, etc.

Is there a way to grant this user for example only the right to edit the page title and nothing else?

I don't think such a fine-grained permission model is possible in CMSMS.
