DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML fileIt is happen almost on every plugin : company directory,form builder,gallery ... ......
Please help it is urgent . I use cmsms 1.11.10 but i try also 1.11.09 and all happen again

You need to post/paste your system information from the site admin...

but i cannot find out anything from modules panel because i cannot install module cgextensions

There is a page under Site admin called system info, that is where you can get all the info we need...
