What does this mean? [SOLVED]

Hi All.
I get this error when trying to save a template. This is on 1.11.9.
I have no idea what that means...
OH NO!!!! I CANT BELIEVE IT...
i have fixed so many of these...
so sorry...
how did i miss it?
