I don't know why, but suddenly there is no connection with css. If I look at the code I see

href="http://www.slee-buitensport.nl/tmp/cache/stylesheet_combined_4715d88298ccb5584b2b70a7c0ad1c0a.css" />

When I add a stylesheet to a template and click on the stylesheet, cmsms opens the stylesheet. This isn't normal.
I can't link with

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{root_url}/css/style.css" />

neither.

Does anyone know a solution or whats wrong?

The link you've provided is to the editor area of the cms which is password protected - i strongly advise you dont give anyone the credentials to access this here!!!
