no connection with css [solved]

I don't know why, but suddenly there is no connection with css. If I look at the code I see

When I add a stylesheet to a template and click on the stylesheet, cmsms opens the stylesheet. This isn't normal.
I can't link with

neither.

Does anyone know a solution or whats wrong?

The link you've provided is to the editor area of the cms which is password protected - i strongly advise you dont give anyone the credentials to access this here!!!
