[Solved]FEU criteria - what are they?

Using CMSMS 1.11.10 and latest modules
Client has advised that in Users/Frontend User Management although there are 72 users, only 50 "match criteria". She wanted to look at a new user and this is what she found. Usually she sees all so this is a change.
Does this screenshot look correct? This is just about the only client I have that uses Self Reg and FEU so I am not very conversant with these modules.
I went into Site Maintenance and repaired tables and cleared the cache but it did not make any difference. I upgraded from 1.11.9 to 1.11.10 but this also didn't change anything.
There is only one group called Members, two properties: one is User which is membership number and the other is email address.
Not sure where to look for answers.
Thanks

Give client account temporarily Admin permission and check again. I think a filter is active.

Thanks Rolf - client already is an Admin - how do I check on filters?
Thanks

I think we need the system info to really help, this should almost always be shown in the first post anyways...

You cleared cache after upgrade?

Yes I did thanks Rolf. I found another site I did a while ago with a FEU and it looks quite different - no big white box with dots but a small Filter checkbox which is missing on current site.
There does seem to be a problem with Server Information- don't know what this means though. Checked a few sites and found that some have the same error message and some have: "found a "grant all" statement that appears to be suitable". Not sure why this should be so as all my CMSMS is installed via Softaculous in the same manner.
Sorry Dr.CSS - System Info below
Thanks

I asked the Editor what she was doing that might have caused this but she said it was the first time she had needed to go in Users for a long while and this is what she found. I am wondering if it happened when I upgraded from an earlier version as I do when possible? I also noted that in the error:Server Db Grants: Could not find a suitable "GRANT ALL" permission. I have now remembered that this same Editor had a problem recently of not being able to add some text to a page. This is mentioned on the Sys Info as possibly being the result of not have Grant All permission. I managed to fix it but can't remember how.
Is there a way now to provide Grant All permission?
Thanks
[Edited] Editor now says she is getting error messages “Login failed – Invalid username or password?”

Hmm, I had a similar looking problem the other day with CGCalendar after an update. Calguy had improved the module to include new filters in the admin area and my custom admin template in module_custom directory didn't show all the new options. Maybe you have a similar custom admin template?

Paul - yes I DO! I had forgotten about that - don't even remember what it does now or why I needed one. Haven't needed to go near that site for ages. But it must have been necessary at the time so will check it out and post back later.
Thanks!

I changed the custom file but it was only to put the date into Aus format. Problem still exists.

Did you delete/rename your custom template so the system uses the default one?
(BTW date format is exactly why I do custom templates).

I just replaced the current one with the custom one. Isn't that the way to go?

No. Delete/rename your current custom template(s) then you probably need to clear cache.
You will then see system uses current default template. If it starts working ok you can then take copy of current default template and change it in same way as you changed previous one then place in module_custom.

Hi Paul - reverted back to the userlist.tpl that came with the latest version. It was quite different to the old one and the date format seems automatic now so probably no need for a customized version.
As Rolf first mentioned it seems as if a filter was used to select only some of the users. The Editor denies doing anything and I cannot see how to do anything about it now.
Re-install the module? I assume this wipes all the users?
Install a previous version when it all worked?
Thanks

The proper (stock) FEU template for the userlist in the admin has a button to 'view the filter'. which will popup a form with a reset button to remove all filtering.
b: Make sure your revert ALL of the files in the FEU module (modules/FrontEndUsers) to the stock one. And don't ever touch them. Double check that your 'reversion' worked properly.
c: Remove (or rename) your module_custom/FrontEndUsers directory
