Instalation error

Hi, during re-installation of CMS MS i got such message:
Invalid query: SELECT version from cms_version
Have you got any idea how to fix it ?

It seems you didn't install the same version as the previous one.

Yes, first was english language
second: all-languages. I've deleted first version before installing second.

I didn't mean the language version but the release version: e.g. 1.11.9

Sry, both verions was 1.11.9

Check the account information in config.php

Here is the exact error message I get at step 5:
"
Upgrade schema
Invalid query: SELECT version from cms_version
The CMS database is up to date. Using schema version 31
"
Of course, after updating the config.php with the new account information, it
run well.
