How to get blog(News) articles to the homepage

I'm trying to get News section to the homepage but I dont know how to do it. The default PAGE is being displayed in the homepage and I'm not able to delete it.

You cannot delete the default page.
As a start: just replace the content of the default page with {news} and read the module help
