Page preview issue in 1.11+

In version CMS 1.11+ if content is added and then the Preview is viewed the additions show, if then more content is added the additional content doesn't show just the first additions.
Preview is not something I use very often so I just noticed this. I tested this on a number of 1.11+ sites and with the site admin allow browsers to cache pages switched off.
It does however work in the 1.9+ and 1.10+ sites I have tested.
