Top level navigation + left subnavigation

Hi,
I have another menu problem, this time concerning a top level navigation plus a left subnavigation and one column. My problem is that it doesn't work though I pasted the right tags. Well, it seems to be a CSS problem again, but I really don't know.
www.bugovsky.com
If I get it to work, I will post the results in the theme repository
Cheers, Steve
P.S.: Oh, and running CMSMS 0.13 on a FreeBSD System at powweb.com

I think part of the problem is the menu template you called in the menu tag this is what it spits out, no a links untill the very last 2...
Bbecause you are using a template with section header calls?... My site has only 1 direct link and all else are section headers with out this prob....

The layout should ideally look like this:
http://www.openwebdesign.org/viewdesign ... eferer=%2F
A link deeper into the system can be found here
http://www.bugovsky.com/index.php?page=Rumba
The problem is that the top level nav doesn't stay in one horizontal row and that the left side where the sublevel nav should show up, the design does not match the original. Hmmm.
And yes,
Code: Select all
<li class="sectionheader"><h3 class="clearfix">Tanzen lernen</h3></li>
<li class="sectionheader"><h3 class="clearfix">Tänze dieser Welt</h3></li>
<li class="sectionheader"><h3 class="clearfix">Beruf oder Hobby</h3></li>
are sectionheaders,
Code: Select all
<li><a href="http://www.bugovsky.com/index.php?page=Links" ><dfn>11: </dfn>Links</a></li>
is a normal page and
Code: Select all
<li><a href="http://www.bugovsky.com/admin" ><dfn>12: </dfn>Administration</a>
is a link.

Can you paste the "menu section" of your template where you have the menu tag?

Hi Mark,
I'll post the whole template as it's easier for you to spot mistakes therein, I hope.

*bump* (only once, I swear)
Mark, have you got an idea?

You need to make a new menu template and call ul id='navlist' and then use the original style sheet, the section headers are not getting any <a href="" so they don't act like links.
If I had the time, trying to pay the bills, I would port that template over to CMSMS.

Sorry Mark, didn't want you to feel that way.
Will look into the matter with a CSS handbook in my hands. And the CMSMS default templates as guide.
