get a URL of internal page from page alias

Hi,
I need to find URL of page where I know the page alias. For example, I know page alias "test" and need to find a link example.com/dir/whatever/test/.
I know, I can use example.com/test/ and I´ll go to the correct page. I want to avoid this solution, it´s a duplicate website to example.com/dir/whatever/test/.
I need to fill the href param in <area> in image map.
Is there any solution?
