1st thing should be to try to contact the agency before anything else: they should provide you with the means to login and change the forms, or do it for you.

The problem is I need to change the receiving email from one of the form builders made with CSM made simple and I can't find the page.

CMSMS, being a content management system, is accessed through an admin login page, usually located on the <rooturl>/admin URL of the site.
