Create new Products module that uses RESTful instead of SQL

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a programmer with knowledge of PHP and REST for this paid project.
I'm currently using CG Ecommerce suite and I need a new (or modified) Products module that retrieves all products and their attributes from RESTful calls instead of Mysql db, so that it seamlessly integrates with all other Promotions, Shipping, Orders, Cart2 modules !
