[Resolved]Paid Project (2 week completion timeframe)

Dear Members of the CMSMS community,
I am representing a company that is seeking to offer a paid project. We are currently already using the CMSMS platform for our other sites and are now looking to develop an external site with the same platform.
The timeframe for the development of a site and a custom skin would need to be completed in 2 weeks time (i.e. before end of Nov).
The site would be a corporate site, and therefore would not be expected to have fancy bells and whistles save for a slider.
The project is fairly simple layout (70% main content, top and bottom nav-bars, 30% news modules, etc.)...and we'll develop bulk of content alongside the designer.
Should anyone be interested we're looking at trying to lock this down asap in light of the development turnarounds.
I can provide further documents with details of what we're looking to develop.
