Opencart V. 1.9.4.1
We recently upgraded several other sites, however did not touch http://chemsee.com/. (Hasn't been edited in over a month, via admin change logs)
Well we noticed today that the category bar was missing. This led me to log in Admin to see if there was a problem, well all of the pages are gone from the Content->Pages section. However, the pages are still active and available such as http://chemsee.com/explosives-detection/.
This is a really strange problem that I have never encountered and we need a solution quickly for this. Please help.

I tried searching the boards, but had no luck. I am not technical in web design, so please bear with me.
I appreciate your help in advance.

not trying to give you a hard time but the #1 item from the #1 post linked by staartmees advises to "1. Make sure to provide all version information you can think of. It's better to include irrelevant data than it is to omit useful data." and it continues on like that with more tips for helping people help you.
unfortunately, you're not providing enough information regarding the cms install or it's environment for anyone to be able to really help.
that being said, if i had to guess blindly as to the cause, i'd say...
turn off caching for the menu responsible for the "category bar" you referenced (in cmsms 1.11.7 it's: layout->menu manager->uncheck "cachable"), clear the cmsms cache in admin(in cmsms 1.11.7 it's: site admin->system maintenance->cache and content->clear), clear your browser cache and see what happens. If you're lucky the category menu on the front end will magically reappear and pages will also be visible in cmsms admin.
