donation page for a non-profit organisation

Hello, for a non-profit organisation, I am looking for a developer to create a donation page.
The objective is to provide users a form to give fixed or custom amount
Anonymous donation will not be possible even if the registration is not requirement
The gift is unique or continuous (adjustable frequency).
The gift can be related to an activity.
Payments will be made with paypal (single or continuous payment).
Donor information must be included in the site administration.
The site administrator should be able to do sorting, searching to have "statistics" and export data (CSV).
