Hi,
I am using News module 2.12.2 and on my main news page it displays the news summarys and a link to the pages, when you click on the link to the pages it gives me a 404 Not Found error. In the url it keeps the article url in it but just doesn't display the content. Does anyone know why this has just started happening?
Many thanks,
Lisa

Do you use pretty urls for this website? If so, make sure no '/news' or '/News' directory physically exists on the webserver.

thanks, yes I can confirm that there isn't a news/News directory on the server. I think pretty urls are being used on the website, however how can i confirm this? apologise, i have taken over this site since the last developer disappeared. I can't see a module or anything about pretty urls but the urls seem good.

Okay, so it isnt a rewrite problem.

Are you very sure your detailpage is present?

In page or template: {News detailpage='foo'}
and
check in the News module admin panel in the Options tab: "Default page to use for detail views"
