Suggestions for gym site

Hi Everyone,
I am building a site for a client's gym site. Here is what they are looking for:
- member can register online by the month or yearly for their membership
- member can update their contact information through their My Account page
- if a customer wants to walk in to the gym and sign up, the admin can login to the admin panel and manually add the member
- if the member wants to pay their monthly fees when they walk into the gym, the admin can login and update the client's account
- admin can also easily view who is dilinquent on their monthly fees
Is this possible with CMSMS? I've worked with FEU, Self Registration, CGMyOrders and CG's e-commerce suite before and know some elements might work, but wasn't sure if it would work without extensive customization.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
