Help Wanted...

Okay, it's obvious that I am not capable of using this software by myself. I am not into programming or capable of understanding what all these lines of code means. I get error messages, when I try to add or edit content I get nothing and most of my pages are nothing but lines of error messages code. I need my website to help me earn a living.
To that end I will pay someone to come in, update the software and do whatever it takes to make it totally functioning again. I get tons of e-mails telling me of pages that are broken and there's nothing I know how to fix. I've done all I know how. While I truely appreciate the help I've received here, most of it is like one programmer talking to another. I'm just a dumb mechanic from New Jersey.
What would take me months to do, I'm sure someone here could do in an hour.
