Install module in php format [solved]

Post by Vinko »

Today I tried to install the tagcloud module. Unfortunately (for me) it's a php file and not an xml file, so it can't be done the "install xml-file" way. I tried to copy the file to my module directory with ftp, but it doesn't show up. Maybe I'm missing something, but how can I install this module?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Do you mean function.tagcloud.php?
It's not a module, but a plugin, so it goes to the plugins folder and it will appear in the Tags list.

And now it works. I wasn't aware there were plugins and modules. Thanks for the fast replies.
