Demo sign in to FEU

Hi,
I need functionality to FEU where user can sign in only one time.
This functionality is for demo purpose, where user can test application one time. In FEU have demo account whose userame and password are showd in website. User sign in with this demo username and can use application for a while (forexample 3 hours). After 3 hours, same user can not sign in again with demo username.
