Stylesheet on 9.2

I have upgraded to 9.2 and I have problem with the stylesheet in admin.
Everytime I go to a new interface there is no stylesheet but If I refresh the page I do get the stylesheet back.
Anyone had that problem before? If yes, how can I fix it...

This might be related the admin themes. Go into your user preferences and set your theme to default and see if that helps.

It's set on default... it still acting up... Don't know what it is!!!!

Yes! I am now beyond frustration. I have two site I'm trying to install thisa on today. I can't get changes I make with the Styles pulldown menu in TinyMCE to "stick." They show up in the menu but they don't work--either in the editor or the actual page on the site. I look at the html, and sure enough there is a span class but it isn't working.
For the one site I uninstalled everything and then installed 8.2 on the server and it works perfectly. For the other, I just did an absolutely clean install of 9.2 (for the THIRD TIME TODAY) and the stylesheets just aren't working.
Any assistance is appreciated.
One more thing...

I forgot to add that I have tested this installation so far with Firefox on the mac and PC and Netscape and Explorer on Windows 2000. None of them work.
