CG Extensions Module

Hello team I recently updated the CG extensions module in a older version of CMSMS (1.4.1). I now get the following error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmsms() in /home/christinaf/christinafishing.co.nz/modules/CGExtensions/CGExtensions.module.php on line 101.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is the only answer to rebuild and update the version of CMSMS?
Thanks

I'd say so. Get your backup back on line (you made one, didn't you?) or remove the new version of CG Extensions and reinstall the version you used before, and update from 1.4.1 to 1.11.7.
Search the forum and/or documentation pages for the right procedure to do so.

Thanks I thought that might be the case and of course did not backup first!! Typical silly mistake....do you know how to remove the module without breaking the site so I can revert back to prior version?

try renaming the module/CGExtensions directory (eg _CGExtensions)
Then upload an old version via FTP (download and extract first from
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/291)
Hopefully you can then login to admin panel and first install old CGExtensions via Extensions -> Modules
Of course you first backup the files and database.
Then you start the upgrade process (and read the readme files. For example {stylesheets} tag is not valid anymore).
