Does anyone know how to do splash screens for a CMSMS website? I want to make something snazzy when the page comes up. At least a picture for now. Can you integrate flash as well into the splash screen?

I don't mean to be rude, but splash screens are generally considered to be a bad idea. They look cool for the first few times but then are just annoying. Also if the pslash screen is your first page that moves to a second main page, there could be web search engine problems. You main page should be your first page. Incorporate some flash into that if you must, but make sure it is accessible.

I would agree with Russ....
However, if you wish to use Flash, put it onto the Home default page, and people can move on from there.
Splash pages just annoy people, all the signs point to them being unnecessary.
If you want to use a Flash intro, keep it small, keep it quiet by default, and let people skip/end it!

Of course Mark, but everyone who has been asked in major polls dislike splash screens.
even in css and html they are regarded in the same way as pop-up/pop-unders and flash ads...in other words hated!
